In this 4-week Program- Learn how to eat from the plant kingdom to optimize general health and performance. This program includes weekly one-on-one holistic nutrition sessions, handouts, and guidance to help you eat a diet centered around plant-based whole foods. The goal is to help you boost energy levels, improve muscle efficiency, strive for healthy body composition, and enhance overall health. You may be surprised to learn that you can still have all the meals you love as virtually every dish can be made with plant-based ingredients, including some of the classic comfort foods!

  • Together we will establish your current baseline of nutrition, fitness, health, and overall lifestyle.
  • Make dietary changes and plan appropriate interventions that will work for you.
  • Set priorities and collaborative goals together around making healthy changes focused on plant-based whole foods.
  • Monitor progress and success of intervention strategies via journaling, e-mail correspondence, and four one-on-one nutrition coaching sessions.

My intent- is to promote wellness and give you the tools to be independent in your journey after our time comes to a close. I will teach you how to transform your meals, and not necessarily have you follow a formulated meal plan per se. Why? What happens when you want to grab dinner with a friend, but your next meal consists of 4 oz of chicken breast and 1 cup of broccoli? What happens when the 30-day meal plan is over? It can be much easier! I will teach you how to transform your meals by helping you identify foods wisely with freedom! I’ll teach you how to fish rather than give you the fish. Yes, there are absolutely times where meal plans are ideal, especially for those stepping on stage like a bodybuilder. However, not necessarily needed in general. It’s about eating smarter, eating healthier, and living freely! “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” 

This program is for those who are ready to dig into some information with their Nutrition Coach! Homework will be provided!
